Job Title: Communications Consultant (Contract, 6-month fixed term)

G2G3 are a small but exciting technology company who specialize in innovative organizational change management programs for large enterprise IT organizations.

We are looking to recruit a Communications Consultant for a 6-month fixed term contract with an immediate start.

In this role you will project manage and execute the delivery of marketing communications for a IT governance and compliance project for this high-profile G2G3 client. Deliverables will include the formulation and creation of a strong brand identity, creation of awareness deliverables, as well as extended communications support for the client.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual. You will be independently capable and confident at dealing with people at all levels including senior client stakeholders and creative/design staff.

There will be occasional international travel required to client site in New Jersey (USA).

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Project management and execution of project-focused communications for client
• Formulation and creation of an overarching brand identity and brand deliverables for the client project.
• Creation of project/tactical communications. These will include newsletters, factsheets, powerpoint decks, infographics, posters, websites, videos etc.
• Close liaison with internal design and multimedia team to support creation of deliverables
• Provision of ad-hoc communications support to both the client and G2G3 Communications Department as required

Skills Profile

• Demonstrable experience in a Marketing Communications role within the IT sector (Governance, Compliance, Risk and ITSM experience preferable)
• General Project Management experience
• Highly IT literate
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Independently capable
• Creative flair
• Team player
